Wobbi
Reading and math for ages 4 to 7, in a world your child will want to come back to.
For iPad and iPhone with iOS 17 or later.
What your child learns
- Reading
- Letter names and sounds, rhyme, tracing letters, blending and building words, sight words, then first sentences and stories that light up word by word as they're read aloud.
- Math
- Counting, numbers to 20 and on to 100, seeing small groups at a glance, shapes, sorting, patterns, adding and taking away within 10, making 10, and measuring.
- Thinking skills
- Brain-break puzzles in the daily path: memory, odd one out, putting things in order, and fitting shapes.
- The Animal Clinic
- Stars from lessons become bandages, carrots and toys. Your child uses them to help the animals that visit, and each healed animal moves into their sanctuary.
Made for children who can’t read yet
Wobbi says every instruction out loud, so a four-year-old can play alone. A wrong answer gets a gentle hint, never a buzzer. Each day’s path takes about 12 minutes and ends with a goodbye, so stopping feels natural.
There are no ads, no coins to buy and nothing for sale in front of your child. Parents can switch on a dyslexia-friendly font, a left-handed layout and calmer motion.
You can see it working
The grown-ups area shows the days your child played, the school year they’re working at, which skills they’ve mastered and which need practice, and the words to read together this week. If you allow notifications, a short summary arrives every Sunday evening.
Nothing about your child leaves your family
Wobbi has no accounts, no servers, and no advertising or analytics code. A profile is just a first name or nickname, an age and an animal picture, and it stays on your devices. The App Store privacy label reads “Data Not Collected”.

How do I get to the grown-ups area?
Tap Grown-ups at the top of Wobbi’s home screen, then type the number shown in words. The number changes every time, so a young child can’t get past it. Purchases, settings and links all live behind it.
Which ages and levels does Wobbi cover?
Ages 4 to 7. Wobbi teaches reading and math from Pre-K to Kindergarten (Nursery and Reception in the UK, pre-school and Foundation in Australia). A short placement game when you set up each child picks their starting point, and lessons get easier or harder as they play.
Why can’t my child open a lesson?
The free version includes the first unit of each subject at your child’s level and one daily path a day. Other lessons show a lock, and Wobbi asks your child to fetch a grown-up. Wobbi Plus opens everything.
Can brothers and sisters share it?
Yes. Add up to 4 children, each with their own path, stars and animals. Children pick their profile by its animal picture, so no reading is needed. One subscription covers the whole family through Family Sharing.
How long does my child play each day?
About 12 minutes, ending with a goodbye from Wobbi. You can choose 5 to 20 minutes in Grown-ups, then Settings, and turn off free play so the session ends there.
Does Wobbi need the internet?
No. The lessons are on the device. You only need a connection to subscribe or restore.
How do I get Wobbi Plus back on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple Account, open Grown-ups, then Subscription, and tap Restore purchases.
How do I cancel Wobbi Plus?
Open Settings on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Wobbi. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date and you won’t be charged again. Your child keeps their stars, animals and progress.
